BlackBigs Entertainment, LLC was founded in 2001 by Sean Black and Troy Bigs. Black and Bigs grew up in the same neighborhood and attended college together.
While attending college Bigs began working at Roc-a-fella Records, founded by the now infamous Jay-Z, Dame Dash, and Kareem Burke. Through his three year experience there, Bigs learned much about the entertainment industry. Black and Bigs used this knowledge in combination with entrepreneurial spirit and soon sought to embark on their own endeavor. Thus, BlackBigs Entertainment was born.
Now operating with offices in both Atlanta and New York City, BlackBigs Entertainment has grown to become a force in multiple markets. As a multi-tiered entertainment company BlackBigs Entertainment has three divisions: event planning, artist management, and a recording division.
